Friday Sept 12...6:30 pm

Wow, what a difference 3 hours made today!
I had to go out for awhile and when I came back he was doing so much better! Maybe I should leave more often...or maybe it is the food he is finally receiving...although hanging there in the bag it doesn't exactly look appetizing...
If they can get his ventilator tube out tomorrow, the nurse thinks he will make some great improvements. Last night the Dr. cautiously said he hoped we were reaching the valley. This morning I thought the valley was beautiful - now I'm ready to start the climb up and out of here! But to be honest I haven't heard much about what's coming next...and so far I've learned there is always something. I guess tomorrow when they get the tube out I'll start to see what is next.
Thank you so much for your support and prayers. God has done some incredible things. Glory to His name.

Jeanette,

Let's celebrate with more ice cream!!! We had your favorite salad today and we thought of you.

It's amazing how God has provided so many prayer warriors that have lifted your family up to God in prayer!!

Be still and know that I am God..Psalms 46:10

Praying that you'll get more rest tonight....

Think of the "bag" as a hugh protein shake, except that he is getting total nutrition. Thank God that He provides for our every
need. Love, Aunt Parise

When I think of what you are through I am reminded of the 23 Psalm. Though I walk through the valley of the shadow. Remember the only reason there is a shadow is because light has got to be somewhere. You matter how dark the journey His presence will always light the way. David

Jeanette;

I am reminded of the poem "Footprint in the Sand", there are those times when we walk through the valley that we feel all alone. I remind myself often that in the valley we are never alone because God carries us through the ups and downs of those valley.

Robert has reminded me time and time again that our sovereign Savior knows our every need and is our continual source of strength and power through His Son. Therefore we can praise Him knowing He is going to provide the right amount of manna for the day, no more no less.

What a AWESOME God we serve, I pray that He will continue to allow you to share His Grace, Love, Mercy, Truth and Wisdom through this journey.

In His Peace;

Pete Coulson

P.S. Here is a FAMILY HUG

Jeanette, Rosie and Robbie,
Thank you for the blogspot to stay on top of Bob's progress. Moments like this cause us to say Wow! Then Whoa!, then How! and waiting for the Whew! when it is all over! But you know that our Heavenly Father has ALWAYS been faithful and he will continue through this with Bob. We have been praying for you all here as a family and at Christian Supply!
We love you and look forward to Bob's full recovery!
Blessings.

To Jeanette and kids,
I just found your blog. Robert has been through alot. No matter what, God has the final word, and that is very comforting. Know that Robert and the whole family are in our prayers. We send you our love.
Always, Aunt Sada, Cousin Norma & Cousin Janet(Fresno)
